Private-Pay In-Home Care in Georgia

Private-pay care lets families arrange in-home support directly, without relying on Medicaid eligibility. 365 Health Care offers private-pay services for all ages, with the care and schedule discussed around your family’s needs.

Care for every stage of life

Children, adults, and seniors may need support with everyday care or medical needs at home. Private pay offers a direct-payment option for families who do not qualify for Medicaid services or prefer to arrange care outside a program’s authorization. We discuss your goals and recommend an appropriate service arrangement.

Personal-care support

Depending on the care plan and availability, personal care may include help with bathing, dressing, hygiene, mobility, and established daily routines. The goal is practical support that respects the person’s comfort and independence. Requested tasks are reviewed before care is scheduled so responsibilities are clear.

Skilled nursing when medical care is needed

Families can also discuss private-pay licensed nursing. Nursing needs are reviewed separately from personal care, and medical tasks must follow applicable provider orders and the agreed care plan. Our team will confirm whether the required services and qualified staff are available.

A schedule and price agreed in advance

Tell us the type of help needed, preferred days and times, and location. We will discuss staffing availability, the proposed schedule, rates, and payment terms before services begin. Pricing depends on the service and arrangement. The $15-per-hour Parent Pay starting rate is caregiver compensation for eligible program participants; it is not the private-pay client service rate.

How to arrange private-pay care

Contact 365 Health Care for an initial discussion of care needs. We will explain assessment and onboarding steps, review the requested services, and discuss a suitable plan. If the client is an eligible child, you can also ask about GAPP as a separate payment and eligibility pathway.
